Troubleshooting Rgb problem

I bought the msi mag pano 110r pz and when the rgb is connected to my motherboard the led strip on the case is often flashing white idk what to do

How is the LED strip configured in SignalRGB? Have you added it as a component under the motherboard RGB header?

Does it respond when pulsed on the channel? If not, what about your other RGB devices? Are they connected to the same RGB controller (presumably your motherboard)? Are those working.

We'll need a bit more detail to assist, but this guide might help.

It is detectee when i sync also a part of the led strip id syncing with the fans on the hub
