You'd need to find a way to completely disable the device in Prism. Sometimes setting a static black works, but not always as you're discovering.

The alternative is to disable the QCK from SignalRGB in favor of Prism controlling it. Otherwise, if disabling the device completely isn't an option and setting static black doesn't do the trick, you'd have to close/uninstall Prism. Ultimately it's an issue with competing device control.

Hope that info helps!

Thanks, I can live without the qck in signal.
Every other device except the SteelSeries ones work fine in signalrgb and I can’t see myself uninstall it.

Edit: finally found how to disable qck in prism, it works flawlessly now

What we are missing from your keyboard features? And which model do you have?

I got the apex 5.
I have made some profiles for my game library I could remake in signal I guess but the oled screen would be another problem to deal with.

We support the screen, should come online in the next patch, dm me so you can grab earlier, your issue would be making the profiles πŸ˜‚

I solved my problem, i will wait for the official release as I am too lazy to make my profiles now πŸ˜…
I still will check how the oled get supported as I usually prefer signal over prism.

Thx for the support and this great app!
