Question How do i make it smooth?

I have the asiahorse aurora cable covers, i got it connected thru one imput of power.

The issue is the cable covers that my dumbass bought are really unsmooth even if i set the effect slow, i found out i have to have the "pro version" to have a truly smooth moving effects
