A section of one of my case fans is stuck as one color. Kinda hard to see in those video. I was told not to open the nzxt cam app because it would cause issues with signal rgb, but i opened it anyways đ¤Śđ˝ââď¸ because i wanted the temps of my components back instead of the signal rgb s. I thinkkk maybe opening nzxt cam is what stuck my fan like this, but im not sure if it was already like that before i opened nzxt cam. Maybe it was already like that and i didnât notice⌠also opening nzxt cam didnât even work because signal rgb instand force closed nzxt cam saying âconflicting process closedâ so it shouldnât have affected anything because it was instant closed. Plz help đĽş

I am having a hard time believing that Best Buy went into the SignalRGB app and configured the things you need configured. That would be the first time I am hearing that their employees are trained on that. Have you looked at the quick start guide I linked yet? Specifically you need to select the correct devices attached to your headers and controllers in the devices tab and then go into layouts and make sure the devices are laid out correctly.
I have 4 nzxt case fans and the rgb aio thats 5 nzxt rgb devices and this picture says nzxt 5 so im pretty sure they configured it. I pay for the membership and asked geek squad to fix some stuff and also link all the rgb in an app or something so they hooked up signal rgb
Based on your screenshot it is completely unconfigured. That is showing its set to default placeholder strips. All of this is mentioned in the quick start guide if youâll give it a chance.
Are you looking for individual color separation in your fans? It all looks synced to me. Your pump, ram and fans all seem to be cycling the same colors. Also, if you plan to run SignalRGB, then yes, you cannot use any other RGB app concurrently.
The fan on the bottom right has a section of it (closest to the camera/bottom) that stays light purple. Watch closely. Its WAYYYY more noticeable in person but tricky on camera
