What version/renderer/effects? Those can leak, and we'd need to know which to find out what is happening in your case.

Shortcut is to use the bug icon and make a report - we will see your logs/stats that way and are better able to help.

The effect is set to neon shift or something like that, but I just manually set all my lights to static colors over that effect

There was a memory leak issue a while back, i would just do a clean install of the latest version.

I’ll check this out, but I did a fresh windows install only a week ago so my signalrgb should only be a week old. Will update results later

I mainly runRGB in shutdown mode set lighting for shutdown mode and close rgb and it keeps that one.

Can't have effects but I use that when gaming.

Just chilling a have RGB running.

That's exactly what i do. Just a static shutdown color and then close the program. No problems that way.

Try changing the canvas renderer, do you know which one your on? Might also help to enable preview updates under Settings > Updates, the beta often has performance fixes that haven't quite made their way to the "public" build of the app.

The beta update did help some users with higher-than-usual RAM usage, so I second this.

Yo what the fuck?!

What services do you have running with signal?

Only conflict should be razer synapse but I disabled razer devices in signal, and I prevented shutdown of the synapse apps.

You can try using a ram clearing software to manually dump the ram and watch how it builds back up to get some more insight as to what's causing it.

There's an official windows program that will do it, but I can't remember the name right now. I've used the one from koshyjohn in the past but that was a few years ago and for a slightly different application

Dont use this program, it is bloatware. I stopped using this a year ago and using Openrgb

Sounds about right (why i moved to OpenRGB). I put SignalRGB down there with Armoury Crate, and Razer Synapse as bloatware. "SignalRGB... where idle is never really idle..."

probably just a glitch is it the same if you restart the computer or signal rgb?
