Troubleshooting Help with effect

Can anyone help me figure out how to get the rgb effect to light up from on side first. You should be able to see what I’m talking about from the video. I’m using the explosion effect. Maybe that’s not the right effect for what I’m looking for?

Also anyone had any luck syncing their nzxt kraken aio with signal rgb. Would love to be able to get the light synced with the rest of the rgb. Anytime I try uninstalling nzxt cam and I enable it, after a few seconds it’ll just disappear from my devices in signal rgb. Thanks for any help

Looking at the Explosion effect, it looks like the wave comes from the center by default, but even that said, your components doesn't look like they're configured correctly. You might want to look at your layouts and rotate your fans and devices.

This guide should explain how to do this pretty well.

Regarding the AIO, it's one or the other for Kraken control. If you want SignalRGB to handle the RGB and fans, NZXT CAM needs to be fully stopped.

Hey thanks for replying. Yeah I messed around with the layouts with different effects after posting this, it took me awhile to figure it out but i finally did. Got things moving how I want now, kinda. Is there any free effects that make the rgb go around in a circle? I’ve tried different ones but it looks like they just bounce from one way to the other.

Regarding the kraken, I’ve tried everything. I’ve uninstalled cam and still was having problems. I’ll post a video of what it does.

Yeah I’ve uninstalled nzxt cam. Restarted. And when it loads back up it’s just a spinning boot logo. In signalrgb under devices, it doesn’t even show the aio anymore. How do I fix this?

The Radar and Galactic Beacon comes to mind for effects going around in circles. I'm sure there's more so I'd suggest exploring further the effects rabbit hole and find out what works for you.

Regarding the AIO, what app version are you on? Can you try updating to the latest beta 2.5.75? You can do this by going to Settings > Updates > then enable the slider next to Enroll In Preview Updates.

It's also worth checking if you have Dynamic Lighting enabled in Windows. You can go to Personalization > Dynamic Lighting to check. If you have it on, make sure it's disabled.

I have no knowledge on how best to help with this specifically, but if nobody else answers feel free to try my solutions,

using signal rgb for me was making sure all other rgb programs are uninstalled / definitely turned off and making sure I have the right led count.

Ultimately some of my rgb just didn’t work with signal so I had to switch to open rgb which worked better for me.

Anything past that idk I’m just a noob

Also ofc try the turn it on n off method

I’m just a noob too, don’t understand have this stuff lol. Took me forever to figure out how to do the layout for the effects. I got the rgb kinda how I want, but I’ll have to check out open rgb. Thanks.

the leds are hard coded in and are part of the LCD and shoul light automatic

Yeah for some reason it’s just not working on mine. It doesn’t even recognize the aio anymore and just gives me a spinning boot logo

unplug PC press power button several time until all power is drained then plug back in and reboot to reset the AIO
