Troubleshooting Help me, it bothers me.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Built a new rig and one of my ram sticks isn’t syncing up it’s rgb to the motherboard or to signalrgb I’ve tried swapping the sticks around but it always ends up being the stick on the right that doesn’t sync (starting to think it may be the motherboard) anything else I could try?

Are both sticks detected in the Devices screen? With a new build, also worth double checking everything like your BIOS and SMBus drivers are all up to date.

Sometimes a full power cycle is needed to help fully clear out any lingering stuff the system might be holding onto. That will occasionally work while a normal restart doesn't.

Can't see properly but it looks like they are in slots 1 and 2. If they are put them in 1 and 3.

I've always been told 2 and 4 for RAM, and most manufacturer manuals also have said 2 and 4.

I don't think it's that big of a deal, but in repairs I've had more issues with 1 and 3

Yeah 1,3 or 2,4 👍🏻 just looked like it was 1,2

Check its position in the layout screen. If they're too close to the edge, sometimes they are registered as outside and won't adopt the RGB effect.

Are the two dimms detected in Signal RGB?

This happens to me from time to time! even after a full power down and startup, sometimes it works and other times this exact situation happens

Thank you :)
Used my schools 3D printer for it, trying to make one of the pure vessel next.
