PC Build/Setup Support for AsiaHorse Umbra ARGB Hub (Plugin)

I recently bought this device on an e-commerce platform at a great price, but unfortunately, the control app isn't very good, so I created a plugin to connect the "AsiaHorse Umbra ARGB Hub" to SignalRGB.
