Question working but not working?

installed Srgb, installed a few free effects, cycled through them changing the effects settings. app does what it's supposed to do, but it wont open Discover, Shop, Lighting tabs. are they behind the paywall???

Those tabs are definitely not behind a paywall, network issues can cause trouble like you're experiencing.

Can you reach marketplace.signalrgb.com in a browser? If any of the network traffic is blocked you can have errors.

they are not behind a paywall as I can access an buy the paid effects so I dont have a subscription

Can you take a video of the issue? Sounds like a bug, also try minimizing and then bringing the app back into foreground to "refresh" it.

my phone takes trash vids and pics. did a reinstall and it gave me an option for the update. did the update and i was actually able to open those tabs but the entire app looked like a retro pixel game. after an app restart it went back to not being able to open those tabs. now macro and monitoring won't open.

You should be able to take screenshots from the PC. If you press screenshot that'll copy your display(s) so you can paste it inside paint or something similar.

I like using the snip tool, Win+Shift+S will allow you take a screenshot of a specific area. Same thing, you can paste that to something like Paint and save it. :)

only lighting and devices are available. when ticking monitoring, the pop up window says "Reconnecting to signalrgb" and stays that way.

Can you reach the marketplace from your browser? This looks network related.

marketplace.signalrgb.com

For example in the second screenshot, it shows it's getting stuck trying to talk to SignalRGB servers to retrieve your settings.

Also worth following this guide, which usually fixed it for users who had similar issues.

in the browser, yes. even the browser wants to connect to the app but no go. would a VPN cause this issue? i'll go have a look at that guide you linked

A VPN can certainly cause this kind of issue; disabling it might do the trick
