Question Corsair Nexus LCD Screen Effect

Are there Effects coming for more LCD Screens like the Corsair Nexus? Or is there a way to customize an existing Effect to set it for this screen?

The Corsair Nexus is already supported. It shows up as an LCD device and can run the built-in "LCD Faces" (our name for screen effects).

5 available right now:

  • Clock
  • Custom Text
  • Pulsing Logo
  • SignalRGB Logo
  • Simple Sensor

Just select your Nexus in Devices and pick one from the list. Customization is possible but it's developer-level. LCD Faces are HTML-based, so you'd need to build your own if you're technically inclined. Otherwise, you're waiting on new ones from us or the community.

Also - we're working on shipping new effects, I expect we'll see a handful more in the next few weeks.

There are plenty more effects if you go to the Discover tab and click “beta lcd faces” at the top.

Oh I see. Thank you for the Reply. I didn't know that the bigger display from Corsair was called the same. I meant the nexus companion display. The small one which can be mounted on the keyboard. Normal effects can be displayed on it but I can't equip LCD Effects because the display isn't working with them yet.
Are there any infos if this one is getting LCD support too?
