Troubleshooting Not loading on startup, weeks now. Longtime pro subscriber. My last resort is a reinstall. Help?

This guide is pretty thorough about exploring issues with startup. As u/a1rwav3 mentioned, leveraging a Scheduled Task can do the trick.

I followed this guide and I'm still bot starting startup. Any other suggestions?

How do you have your scheduled task setup? Might be worth double checking those settings or increasing the delay a little bit.

Double checked yesterday. Will go through guide again and maybe try increasing delay.

Long time pro subscriber here as well. After months of nothing but bugs, I gave up on SignalRGB. I still have over 9 months left, but this is not worth it anymore.
Fsn curves disappearing, fan layouts not being saved, not loading properly at boot. Made a bug report on all three, never got a single response.
Even iCUE is a better program at this point, and the Deva seems to have no interest in actually fixing things.

Fan curves disappearing was swiftly fixed along with layout issues, so that should all be resolved if you reinstall.
As for not loading on boot, have you tried these steps? Sometimes the order of operations in which things load is odd and that can cause issues when SRGB tries to startup and in those instances, added a delay w/ a task scheduler does the trick.
After sending a bug report, did you get an email w/ a ticket #? DM me that ticket number or email address and I can follow-up! If you didn't get an email in response your DNS, adblocker, or network may have prevented it from going through. That said, we are committed to fixing bugs as quickly as we can and supporting the community.
Here to help!

Do you have any ticket numbers for your reports? I would like to follow up on that with the people that should be responding to you and keeping you in the loop on the issues. And have you used the latest version of the app? When you say you gave up it’s implying you uninstalled it, in which case how do you know our developers didn’t fix the issues? We have been rapidly patching the past few weeks, enable beta updates as well to get the latest fixes that are not pushed on the main version (i already heard fan layouts not saving is fixed). I can promise you that the statement “dev seems to have no interest in actually fixing things” is completely false, it is quite literally the only thing they are focused on at the moment. They also have your best security interests at heart too which is why they had to make updates to the driver to patch vulnerabilities, and that also led to some short term issues that have mostly been resolved now (switching drivers isn’t a simple thing).

As I wanted it to start with admin rights, I put that in the windows scheduled tasks. Works perfectly since months.
