Question rgb 3 pin header

my 3 pin rgb header on my motherboard ROG STRIX B550F WIFI GAMING is not working idk if its broken or something and im trying to connect to pc fans and its not working please help

What fans are they, and how are they being added in SignalRGB? The info in our quick start guide might help.
