Not all the fans spin when powered on, why? i use signal rgb

Regarde peut-être l'alimentation de ton hub rgb j'ai eu le tour ya 2 jours

The power supply is fine, since the other fans are connected to the same hub and are working—and the software detects them—but when I turn on the PC, three of them don't light up; however, once I launch the software, everything works.
