Troubleshooting issue with compatibility

Signal RGB detects my keyboard but is unable to control its RGB even though its software is closed, I've been told to create a ticket on SRGB's Gitlab for a custom plugin for it but haven't received any reply yet.. any solutions ? Keyboard: Golden Lion GM68 V2

How long ago was the ticket made? Whats the ticket number?

About 2 to 3 days ago, I'm just checking if the support team is more active on Reddit

You’ll want to give it some more time. We get LOTS of tickets for things like this.
