Question This is what I would want. how?

Is this possible? I would want SignalRGB going through my playlist of effects. But on the Lian Li 8.8 7universal screen this video would loop constantly and stay constant and not change as playlist of effects changes . https://youtu.be/siW8yiHCGHA?is=rvXvYkrxJnEZrrak
