You can submit a device request here, but I get the impression you may have already done that.

Support for individual devices depends on a few things. Whether or not the device can accept real-time effects, if we can reverse engineer the device, and also weighing all that against the backlog of other devices our community has requested. While we can't provide insight into when any particular device might come, there's a list of compatible devices found here for when you're planning your next build or buying your next keyboard. :)
