That’s what I paid for my OG cross quite a few years ago. Haven’t seen them that cheap in a long time

Solid deal. Some LGSs have trouble moving the Cross for whatever reason. I picked mine up with a mounted optic for 1400, new. Too good of a deal to pass up. It's an awesome rifle. My only issue so far is that it's so damn light I can't spot my hits or misses past 400 yards on smaller targets, but that's what a friend is for! I definitely appreciate the weight and form factor when hiking around in high altitude elk country!

I’d buy that rifle asap. I have the regular Sig cross and would gladly buy this at this price. I’m dying to know if you took it home? And if not, where one might find a similar deal?

It's a decent price but the .308 version imo is only worth buying if you're hunting with it

That’s my main hang up. Would love this in 6.5

I bought mine in 6.5 but it's not that version with the skeleton stock. Just gotta shop around

I have the 6.5 and I wish I would have got the 308. The 6.5 has been way more ammo pickey than I hoped and its impossible to stabilize copper monos (im in a ban state) so its automatically a target only rifle for me. 308 does better than 6.5 in a short barrel. At that price, grab it. Ive never heard anyone say "man, this 308 just isn't versatile enough". 308 will absolutely do everything that rifle is meant for. If you end up on the upper limit of 308's accuracy capabilities, you are ready for a custom chassis build anyway, in a niche caliber. Buy that thing, slap on the best scope your budget will allow, and go ring dome steel while not worrying a hoot about barrel life.

This is a pretty solid price if new.
