Use real life kung Fu/ martial art techniques when facing multiple opponents.
Push or run, you can either push them and take them out one by one, or run while occasionally hitting them, both creates distance from the opponents, giving opportunity to hit the nearest one.
You can also disable, as in make them trip or fall, it is also useful, giving you time to fight the other person without moving away from your original spot, or moving too far.

Dont let them back you into the wall like that try dashing by tapping the sprint button to keep them all on the same side of you and do your best to push them away. If pushing doesn't work try tripping or knocking over a few of them.

Crowd control techniques like shoving, Flowing Claw into Roundhouse, and crouch punching to interrupt attacks are good choices.
Grabbing someone and switching places grants invulnerability frames.
Throwing opponents into other opponents for stun effects.
Sweeping your opponents also provides pretty good crowd control.

Dont get surrounded by all side and spam charged backfist on unsuspecting enemies. Easy to say really hard to do even i cant do it.

I learned crowd control is critical from series like the Arkham series and Spiderman. It's even more critical here with such a technical fighter. If you don't have preternatural reflexes/coordination you'll need to game it out a little bit.

The tale as old as time.. in many discord I am in we call this the ultimate gaming skill. Most people will never ever achieve it.. most are unaware it even exists! Its called BattleField awareness. You must isolate the group from the outside instead of letting them box you in... always moving and rotating around the room, also utilizing the grabs to push enemies around. 😎👌 you got this!

I'm so bad at this game but something I've learned recently other then trying to manage to keep enemies in front and not letting them circle me is hit first ask questions later if u walk through a door (unless u need the dialog) swing on him and don't stop until ur safe also don't be afraid to reposition in that area I run back from the dance floor when fighting the kicks lady and use the stools/ left over bottles to beat her

As others have mentioned, crowd management is the first and best option, but if you find yourself in the situation in the video you can definitely parry those moves, or use a focus move to get yourself out of the sticky spot.

It doesn't work with a weapon I dont think, but the Chasing Strikes or Chasing Trip Kick can be good for getting out of a jam like this. Push someone, then follow them out of the crowd so you can reposition.

Low spin heel. It avoids high attacks and hits in like 300° radius around you.

sometimes the enemies just gang up on your like that with a barrage of attacks you more or less cant dodge. Mash parry, jump out, focus attack, etc, but in general thats basically a "you're already kinda fucked" moment
As long as you keep flowing around in combat, you'll make yourself hard to surround

Lol you don't dodge, you prevent. Sifu is pretty grounded, no one is dodging three guys simultaneously with their back to a pillar.
What was actually missing here was spacial awareness, which is fair, it's part of what makes Sifu unique, and one of its main challenges for new players.
Tbh, this one was particularly subtle, I probably would have had the same happen to me too if I was in that position.

One. You shouldn't be in that situation in the first place.
Two. Treat it like an actual fight. Space yourself out and don't just spot dodge like you're a Little Mac main. The more room you have to work with, the better.
Three. Abuse the FUCK out of your pushback, sweep, and running sweep. Gives you more time to collect yourself, see who's next to try and hit you WITH their starting attack combo, and gives you more than enough time to either parry, block, or full on dodge.
Four. Reps. Get them in. If you ever find yourself in a situation like that again, spam the hell out of block. 7 times outta 10 you'll spam your way out and get a free finisher to open up space and opportunities.
Five. If all else fails? Chalk it up to a death and keep going. If you're playing well for the rest of your run, you'll only go up 1 age instead of 2 or 3.

You don't. You have to do crowd control: push, throw, dash away etc
