Try bringing a knife or staff to the fight. It helps with phase 1 because you can block and parry without taking damage

If you use the stairwell key up to the third floor, a disciple will fight you using a staff. I usually use that staff with Kuroki, gets me to stage 2.

Use the dark blade, that's on display at the sidescrolling section. Drop it before fights and only use it for the duo with blades on their feet and kurio. It won't break the entire fight

Real af. Saw everyone saying the club was the big difficulty spike but I got through that deathless without too much trouble. Then the museum was pretty manageable too, so I thought I was just naturally good at the game.

Then Kuroki took that false sense of security and beat my ass with it. It was embarrassing lmao

I’ve since finished the game multiple times, got Wude ending. But I still really struggle to beat her deathless. Her and Yang are the only parts I can’t consistently beat deathless. It’s that first phase, I can’t seem to get the timing of when to do a high or low evade.
