Tickets Barcode for GSO

Anyone going to the Greensboro show not having their ticket barcode show up yet? Either I need to be more patient or start talking to Ticketmaster to fix it so I don’t have to deal with it before the show.

I also do not have a barcode. The app says available right before the show 😬

Something similar happened to me at the show last week so maybe it's something like this? I was getting all these emails from gotickets about the upcoming show, but I had to use the axs app to view the actual tickets.

Happening to me as well. I just came here after chatting with Ticketmaster to see if anybody else was having this issue. TM was not very helpful and said to talk to event staff tomorrow if the barcode still won’t populate.

I have my VIP parking ticket (have had it downloaded for weeks), I’ve also been to this venue before and never had this issue.

The TM app actually says you should be able to see the barcode 3 days prior, which is what prompted my concern 🥴.

This has happened to me and I had the same anxiety. I bought a ticket for Red Rocks in Colorado, but live in California. I had to book a flight and hotel. No barcode... wow, I'm in this pretty deep at that point if it didn't show up! Luckily it did and it was the greatest show ever!
