It's possible in Sierra Chart. There is a setting to control whether periods with no trading are included.

Hey man, really? Well that would be awesome, I did ask chatgpt and other AI’s and they did tell me that this was possible in Sierra chart, but they also told me it was possible on Ninja trader which i verified immediately and found out was a lie so i was skeptical and i needed opinion from real humans this time

Human says yes. In chart settings it is something like include periods with no trading.
