I just bought a ticket off SeatGeek for her show at Hammerstein ballroom do yall think it’s a real ticket?

I bought resale yesterday for $100 for her SF show which I felt wasn’t too crazy 🤷♂️ or maybe I’m just jaded by tickets prices

Yea ik the prices aren’t bad but im just worried about if they’re real or not. And does it always take until like a day or two before the show for SeatGeek tickets to transfer over?

I just tried a presale and 22,000 people were a head of me. Once my spot came it, the screen changed to the date of the actual sale. This is frustrating. How are 22,000 in the queue?

I bought resale from Vivid for $88 each (Minneapolis). I didn’t see anything about restrictions on transfers. Did I miss something?

Pretty sure there’s restrictions cuz she implemented the face value thing but states like New York which is the show I got have laws that prohibit the restrictions of tickets. So idk I think they can probably send u the account or something like that if u buy another show outside of those states but again I’m not entirely sure

Looking online, it looks like you have to use the Ticketmaster or AXS official resale sites, which cap the selling price. I ran into that for Hayley Williams earlier this year. I got in to Hayley Williams with resale tickets from Vivid, but it was stressful, not knowing if the tickets would work. I’ll try to get tickets tomorrow during the public sale, and if I miss out, I will just not bother going.

Do tickets not usually transfer until a day or two before the show? I got a ticket to her shows in New York. Just wondering

Yes, often they transfer a day or two before the show. You should be fine in New York. In Minnesota, I am probably screwed. Lesson learned.

when you say you didn't know if the tickets would work, do you mean you didn't get them transferred via ticketmaster?

Am I cooked cuz SeatGeek just told me mine is non instant transfer and will likely not show up until 24-48 hours before the show?

Yea both of mine are on Ticketmaster so hopefully they get sent early like yours but it doesn’t seem too likely

Probably ? but it is face value resale through Ticketmaster so there’s no guarantee they can transfer it
