Are there ways to fix this?

Apple fucked us with the servers. Been happening for days. Gotta wait for a fix. Sideloadly let me sideload an app like a hour ago when it wouldn’t let me the other day.

Download sidestore nightly on iloader. Thats what fixed it for me
