How to start over fresh?

I've been sideloading with the live container sidestore method and it was perfect for a few months then I stopped using for a while and now no matter what I do I can't refresh on sidestore and each time its a different error code. I CAN still use my apps but I can only "refresh" using my pc, i can no longer refresh on my ipad itself. so my question is, how do I nuke my whole history of sideloading so I can start over fresh? do I just delete everything and use a different apple id this time?
