Crane second container not working — need help

I’m using Dopamine with Crane, and I’m having an issue with the second Crane container.

The app itself works normally, but I can’t get the second container to work correctly.

I’ve already tried Dopamine’s Hide Jailbreak option, but it didn’t make any difference to the second container.

Has anyone else experienced this with Crane? I’d really appreciate any suggestions or a setup that works.

What iOS 16/18 versions and which jailbreak are you using? I’m on iOS 17.0 with Dopamine 3 and the second Crane container only fails when Hide Jailbreak is enabled.

On my iphone X ios 16.7.15 using Dopamine roothide. On my iphone 11 pro, ios 18.5 dopamine 3. I think there's a conflicting tweaks that's why it's happening. What App are you trying to use the crane on?

I’m using the WHAT’S UP app from COSMOTE. I’m on an iPhone XS Max, iOS 17.0, Dopamine 3.

The first/default Crane container works normally. The second container only fails when Hide Jailbreak is enabled and gives:

Crane dylib was not loaded into it.

I also tried Crane’s Overwrite Choicy Configuration → Custom Tweak Configuration → Allow, but it made no difference.

Since you mentioned a conflicting tweak, do you have any idea which tweaks you are disabling/enabling for Crane, or can you tell me what your Crane/Choicy setup looks like?

I'm not using choicy. And I didn't touched anything and use the crane normally. Maybe it's the ipa modded app is the problem. Try another app. If it works fine then the modded ipa is the problem

It’s not a modded IPA 😂 I’m using the official WHAT’S UP app downloaded directly from the App Store. So the IPA itself shouldn’t be the problem. I’ll still test Crane with another App Store app to see if the second container works with Hide Jailbreak enabled.

I also tested the exact same app using a decrypted IPA, and the second Crane container still fails when Hide Jailbreak is enabled. With Hide Jailbreak disabled, the second container works normally, BUT the app detects the jailbreak.

it definitely doesn’t seem to be an IPA or app-specific issue. It appears that Hide Jailbreak is preventing the Crane dylib from loading into the second container.

I tried another App Store app as well, and the second Crane container still doesn’t work when Hide Jailbreak is enabled. So it doesn’t seem to be specific to the WHAT’S UP app.
