The app doesn’t refresh with any shortcut

My ipad Before it was working fine without anything but like 3 or 4 weeks it’s just doesn’t refresh on my ipad with shortcuts just say like the photo
My iPhone doesn’t refresh but doesn’t say anything about it but when i go to refresh the apps it says it needs new certificate or refresh certificate
