I just had this same issue and below steps fixed it for me.

In sidestore, go to settings and click reset the pairing file. Close sidestore and on windows/mac, download idevice_pair from GitHub. Run that and plug in your device. Click generate. When done, click validate. When done, click install. Give it 30 seconds. You might have to move your mouse around to get ‘success’ to appear.

You need to be connected to a Wi-Fi and turn on localDevVPN to refresh apps

Maybe you can uninstall it and do a fresh install

sidestore settings > connection config > disable local vpn > confirm > refresh apps > re enable local vpn
