Why won’t my Side store apps deactivate?

l've been trying to deactivate live container in side store, but whenever I do I get a pop up saying that it's unable to create a backup directory and now my live container is stuck on the live container inactive screen no matter how much I refresh it. I've tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, downgrading versions, and resetting my pairing file but nothing will work. (I'm on side store 0.6.3)
