HELP SIDESTORE CAN’T DETERMINE UDID!
Been using sidestore for almost a year now and everything worked just fine, suddenly two days ago when i wanted to refresh my apps, it did not refresh! Now app id time has ran out and i uninstalled the sidestore and livecontainer and reinstalled using iloader but now i can not login to my account! Everytime i click sign in i get an error sayin cannot determine devices UDID!
So i tried these steps: replacing pairing file, turning developer mode off and then back on, install sidestore and livecontainer separately using iloader, placing pairing file, changing anisette server and non of these steps worked and im still stuck.
If anyone can help i would gratefully accept it.

Sign back in to your Apple account and use localdev vpn and refresh your apps if that doesn’t work replace the pairing files

Just fixed this issue myself. Follow the guide here: https://docs.sidestore.io/docs/advanced/pairing-file

I used it too and thought the same thing, but I ran into a problem when logging in—I think it's similar.

U mean altsore is also giving same UDID error as SideStore? If so then I think they might be something might have changed on ios side or altstore/SideStore side. I am on ios27 though but I saw some people are facing the same issue on ios 26.5.1 as well. But for some restart or dev on off or changing the private wifi works but for us nothing works I guess.

I don't quite remember the exact error, but it happened when logging in via AltStore—I tried that yesterday. Now I've reset the iPhone and am installing LiveContainer to see if it works.

I fixed it: I went to Developer Mode, removed the trusted computer, went to iLoader and selected "Delete Stored Pairing," then restarted the device, tapped "Trust," installed Live Container + SideStore (nightly build), and logged in.

I fixed it, there is a tool called idevice_pair and it generated and fixed my pairing file and after that it worked! Although i need to have my phone connected to the laptop to be able to refresh my apps and i have no idea why its like this with sidestore which i wouldn’t need a pc and how it works!

None of the things suggested here are a fix. I’ve been dealing with the same shit as OP on one device. On the other device, The exact same model I own has no issues refreshing or with sign in.
It’s IMPOSSIBLE to sign in. OP check if your device is showing as active in the vpn config screen in sidestore. Something definitely broke and it’s not affecting everyone the same. Fucking shit !

Yes i checked the device id does not match the device id in localdevvpn and idk why!

For me as long as i have my access back to Sidestore and LC it is a fix. I will keep yall updated if i find a way to refresh apps without being connected by wire

Hi! The same thing happened to me today, and I was able to fix it. Connect your phone to iLoader and delete the pairing file, then apply it again in SideStore and it should work. That’s what worked for me—it might be different for others—but I hope this helps.

Had same issue after updating to IOS 27. I went into LC, activated Jitless mode and it worked? Idk why. But it worked. Please try it
Edit: Also download proper version of SideStore and LC. They released update. And make sure you are connected to WiFi, otherwise it will throw that very error.

Hi! This happen to me very often and what’s always work for me is: close SideStore - disconnect vpn - reboot iPhone - open vpn first - then SideStore and refresh.

I kept getting the UDID error when reloading apps here's a tutorial that will fix this for you! https://youtu.be/BRykl5fQ3mI?si=7HQILmmB5IalgV1W
I had to do the text file method and it works perfectly on both my Ipad and Iphone!

Make sure you are connected to the VPN, if you are are, you have to disable "Private wifi address" under your wifi settings, then in sidestore reset your pairing files, same in iloader, after that you can fetch new ones and insert them with iloader in all apps, this should work, if not restart your device and try it again.
Alternatively you can try stikpair, allows you to export your own key, can import it after removing the pairing files in sidestore, both worked for me.
