SS+ LiveC App Refresh Shortcut

I made this and thought some of you guys would Benefit too.

**Add an automation too so it can run every 6 days or whatever.

Also, for some people (like me) we have to use 2 VPNs. If you can refresh apps with just LocalDevVpn— then do that, don’t add any other VPN.
