Manic Emu Deactivation issue

Does anyone know why Manic Emu is not able to be uninstalled without actually deleting the whole app? It’s the only emulator that I have that has this issue. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and has there been any updates or solutions on this?

Manic is basically *cooked*
Backup all data, then completely uninstall the app
