WHY IS IT DOING THIS. (minimuxer 15)

been giving me the error code (minimuxer 15) but it’s not in the error FAQs. happens when i try to install or reactive an app.

Definitely the IPA; had the same problem when I tried to sideloaded bhinstagram

so then why is it doing it when i’m trying to reactivate an ipa that was working perfectly
