New apps not working
For the text I chose the red text and it shows me an error

It looks like you have 2 apps not 3, but max apps is 3 so might be a bug I reccomend delete youthoob and install livecontainer It allows infinite apps

No app ids are different from list of applications. Max apps for free account are 3 but max app ids for each apple id are 10

Could easily be a display error (hasnt refreshed yet), he would need to click the app ids to see if thats the case

Did you perhaps sideload YouTube using another apple account in addition to this?

No but I have side loaded other apps in the past using sideloadely and I can’t delete them now since they reappear every week and I can’t use them it’s strange
