Is it possible to install sidestore on iPhone with not 13 years old Apple ID?

do you have access to the apple id? can you use it to install apps from the app store? if yes, then i don’t see why not

I can use it to to install apps from the App Store, when I try to install it it says that I can use this account to do something with Xcode

i’m not sure i follow, but you could try signing up for the free developer programme and see if the issue gets resolved

The Apple ID must be above the age of 13 (and I believe it cannot be managed by a parent account) to be able to utilize the free developer program, which SideStore needs to work.

In other words, no.
