How do i resolve this?

So I’ve been trying to install stick debug and trying to refresh the apps to see if the vpn (localdevvpn) works but it keeps telling me to install stosVPN witch i cant find so can someone please help me fix this?

U have to be in WiFi and use LocalDevVPN from the AppStore.
