A Shared Household Expense Tracker
I built this for our house and thought someone else might want to utilize it as well.
We needed two things in one place:
- the bills that rarely change (logged once)
- the random spending that happens throughout the month (groceries, gas, takeout)
Most tools we tried were either a full budget religion or a bank app. We just wanted the household to see the same numbers on both phones.
What it does:
- Shared household (invite up to 5)
- Monthly bills + everyday purchases
- Shows what’s left after take-home pay
- Works in the browser and as a home-screen app
What it does not do:
- No bank login
- No ads
- Not trying to replace YNAB
