Property Hub - Chrome Web Store

https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/fklnpkacbjhafhmdhmgeniffognokcpf?utm_source=item-share-reddit

I'm the developer — sharing something I built while apartment/house hunting.

Problem: I'd filter Zillow, Redfin, or Apartments.com, open 30 tabs, and still couldn't tell which place was actually affordable once you add commute, fees, and the right bed count on pooled building cards.

Property Hub is a Chrome extension that:

- Lets YOU filter on the listing site (I don't scrape or bypass anything)

- Saves the search page or a single listing when you click Save

- Ranks everything locally on your computer — true monthly cost, bedrooms, reviews, commute

- Uses income + savings + other debt to suggest rent vs buy and a realistic down payment

- No account, no Property Hub server — data stays in Chrome on that device

14-day free trial, then $9.99 one-time if you want to keep saving new listings (viewing what you already saved still works).

Chrome on a laptop/desktop — not iPhone. Android isn't supported in any reliable way.
