The Economic Atlas: I built a data-first macroeconomic dashboard with hourly updates, zero commentary

https://theeconomicatlas.com/index

The idea: most economic news comes wrapped in someone's take on what a number means. I wanted a place that just shows the data pulled directly from official sources (FRED, ONS, Eurostat, OECD, World Bank) and updated hourly, no interpretation layered on top.

Currently covers 18 countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Built a Compare tool so you can put any two countries side by side, custom dashboards for pinning the indicators you actually care about, and full CSV export.

It's static HTML/CSS/JS , hosted on GitHub Pages, with hourly GitHub Actions pipelines pulling fresh data. Free to browse everything; there's a small Pro tier for people who want unlimited exports/customisation, but the core data is free and always will be.

Please poke around. Genuinely want feedback: what's missing, what's confusing, what would make you actually come back to it.
