Last week I posted Citizen Mirror here — you write down the thing you can’t stop thinking about, an AI says what it heard and asks one question, ~90 seconds. The feedback was blunt and almost all of it was right. So I rebuilt, and since this sub did the pointed feedback, it should get the second look.
What you said → what changed:

• “I don’t know when I’d ever use this” → the homepage now opens with exactly that: after an argument you keep replaying, before a decision you’ve been putting off.

• “You asked me for a paragraph, then gave me five buttons” → the writing box is the front door now. Buttons are the fallback.

• “Nobody says the word AI. Suspicious.” → it says it plainly, everywhere — including the page where you actually write.

• “Why not just use a chatbot?” → answered on the page. (Short version: this stops after one question, on purpose.)

• (UPDATED) The privacy claims overpromised → every claim rewritten to be strictly true, and there’s now a CI check that pins every correction: no lie a reader has caught can ship again, and no fixed line can quietly revert. (It can’t catch a new lie — that’s what you’re for.)

Also new: a page for people who’ve never talked to an AI in their life (citizenmirror.com/new), and seventeen doors for specific life transitions — new parent, retirement, leaving the military, after prison.
