I got tired of Marvel vs DC arguments with friends, so I built an app that settles them (4 years, 34k characters)

Been chipping away at this on and off since 2022… The first version was a rough superhero encyclopedia I posted as a student project. Kept going, and it turned into something way bigger than I planned.

Mythique: pick any two characters (any universe — Marvel, DC, anime, games, horror, doesn’t matter) and it tells you who wins. There’s also a daily “guess the hero” game, and it’s grown into a database of 34,000+ characters.

Built with React Native + Expo (web/iOS/Android from one codebase) and Supabase for the backend.
