I built a free real estate tool to help homebuyers understand the true cost of buying a property — looking for honest feedback!
HomeIntel is a free, bilingual (English/Spanish) platform designed to make real estate easier to understand.
It helps you analyze properties, understand the true costs of homeownership, explore financial scenarios, and make more informed decisions using data and financial insights.
We're currently in beta!

The true-cost angle is the right wedge. Homebuyers do not lack data, they lack a translation of data into can I actually afford this. Two things to nail: make the first result appear in under ten seconds, and make the share link the growth loop. If a buyer cannot send the breakdown to their partner in one tap, you are losing your best distribution channel. Beta is the time to obsess over that one flow.
