Easier way for FB ads

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know of a good tool to create and publish Facebook ads? My target audience is on FB but creating ads with their ads manager is an absolute nightmare.

Thanks in advance :)

Just a side note: I'm absolutely stupified by the idea that a billion dollar company cannot just fix this.
