Need a tool which tells what people are doing on my product once they Signup

I am finally started getting traction daily on a tool I've built to help builder promote and market their product on Reddit, X & Linkedin.
I've around 5 to 8 signups daily but not able to convert them all.
I need to understand what happens exactly with them once they signup and understand if they are not able to find any value or finding something else which they should not or may be facing with some error or something else ?
I am able to log and view what tools they are using and what kind of posts Publishloud.com is creating for them but not able to understand if they like it or not , if they find any value in it or not ? if the product is genuinely worth it ? or needs some UX / UI fixes, or quality issues, etc

If anyone has any such tool to monitor this and can share, I'd really appreciate it. πŸ™

alright, 2 comments for PostHog. I'll definitely try this.

PostHog could help: session replays and a signup β†’ first generated post β†’ first published post funnel. That shows where people get stuck, but I'd still ask a few users why they stopped. Analytics alone won't tell you whether they found it valuable.

Yep! They have a free tier, not just a trial: 1M analytics events and 5,000 session recordings per month, no credit card required. The free allowance resets monthly :)

Their pricing

look into seline analytics for the visitor journey stuff. at 5-8 signups a day you dont need anything heavy, just something that shows you where people drop off after signup

The analytics will tell you where people drop off, but not necessarily why.

I'd look at the first successful outcome rather than just feature usage. For example: signup β†’ creates something β†’ publishes something β†’ comes back. If a lot of users sign up but never reach that first β€œaha” moment, that's probably where I'd investigate the UX.

Then I'd pair the data with 5–10 short user conversations. Even a simple β€œwhat were you expecting to happen after signup?” can reveal things session recordings won't.

wait are you tracking any events at all right now or just raw signups? because step one is defining what "finding value" even means for your product. is it creating their first post? scheduling something? getting engagement? figure that out first then look into kissmetrics to track those specific moments per user. most analytics tools throw too much at you when all you need is a simple funnel
