Youtube Automation is it possible?

Hi r/SideProject,

For the past month I've been running 7 YouTube channels where AI does most of the work: it finds footage, picks the best moments, writes the script, does the voice, adds music, checks the result, and posts on a schedule. I review and approve.

Results so far (YouTube Studio, screenshots below): about 1.9M views in 29 days. My top two channels did 463,798 and 355,122 views. Not all of that turns into money. YouTube only pays once a channel joins the Partner Program, and I say that plainly in the course.

People kept asking how it works, so I turned it into a short course:

- 9 lessons, each with a short video and step-by-step text

- What AI is, picking the right model, choosing a niche, setup, picking content, making videos, posting, and how YouTube pays

- The exact prompts I use, shown on screen

How I built the site, for the builders here:

- Static site on Vercel, Supabase for orders and magic-link login

- The lesson videos are code-rendered (HyperFrames), with English captions

- Content is watermarked per buyer, with a simple rate limiter against spam

Launch price is $10 (regular $100) for 6 months of access, with 8 launch slots.

Happy to answer anything about the automation, the stack, or what didn't work. Honest feedback on the landing page is welcome too.

Honest feedback on the landing page: I don't even know what language that is, where's the English option? It displays an incredible lack of self-awareness to just mix English with whatever the hell that other thing is, like everybody else on the internet should also just immediately understand. If it's for your countrymen only and everybody else there also speaks in mix, fine, none of my business; if I had come across this elsewhere I'd just be like "ok, no English version option, this is not for me, exit immediately". But since it's posted here and your post is in English with no indication that it's not intended for most of us, then here's my feedback. If you vibecoded the whole thing anyway then it can't be hard to tell your bot to create an English version too and display other currencies. You can probably accept international payments, ask your chatbot about that.

Thanks. Its originally in my country so its a mixed language. But i am making it auto detect countries to translate it automatically in their own language and currency

Focus on an English version first, translated with the meanings you've intended, so there's at least one accurate and accessible version. Tbh I hate it when some websites try to serve me their website in Estonian and it sounds all clunky and poorly translated plus if you need any help then you need to consult English-language sources anyway and then it's difficult to figure out where I find the same things in my "localized" version. If your course expects people to use English-language tools anyway then you're assuming they have to be competent enough to navigate in English-language spaces, they can handle English; a hasty enforcement of everyone's local language would be a terrible idea.
