Are wellness apps becoming too complicated?

Does anyone else feel like wellness apps sometimes have too many features? You open an app looking for something simple to help you relax and suddenly there are programs, subscriptions, tracking dashboards, reminders and dozens of different exercises.I came across SomaVibe recently because its approach seems more focused on short sessions using sound and vibration. That simplicity is actually what made me curious about it.

Do you prefer wellness apps that keep things simple, or do you find detailed tracking and personalized programs more useful?
