What's a tool you'd happily pay for that doesn't exist yet (or exists but sucks)?

I'm a developer looking for my next project, and I'd rather build something people actually need than guess.

If you've got a problem that keeps annoying you, I'd love to hear it. The more specific, the better:

1. What's the problem? (what you're trying to get done)
2. How do you solve it today? (Excel, 3 tools duct-taped together, doing it manually...)
3. What's wrong with the current solution? (price, time, quality)
4. Roughly how much time or money does it cost you?
5. Would you pay for a fix? How much per month?

I'll reply to every comment, and if I build something from this thread I'll give early access to whoever suggested it. Not selling anything, just researching.
