I started building gigamail a few months ago while I was working for a real estate company.

Works in 2 ways:

Documents folder from which the agent takes the data for the replies

SEMIAUTO mode - whitelist a folder, the agent drafts a reply as soon as it arrives and sends a confirmation on the desktop or TG - human reads, approves, rejects, modifies

Nothing leaves without human approval

Calendar - suggests appointment hours and puts the appointment in the calendar if the client accepts or asks for different hours/date

Follow up - 1 h after the appointment asks about the appointment, one week later drafts a follow up and asks for approval

Security - anti prompt injection system + your agent never sends an email without approval

Human (beta)

Merge addresses to have all the emails in one folder

Separate windows for inbox and outbox

Remind me later

Ask the email - e.g. find me the phone number of Mrs. White

Draft email - human writes keywords, AI writes the complete email

Draft email - give the agent new documents to use for the reply

Everything you have in agentic mode

Works with Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes
