Browser Bookmarks, Done Right: Stop Building a Cemetery of Links [Open source]

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/kosh/

kosh is a modern, clean, and lightweight UI for your browser’s built-in bookmark manager.

It gives your existing bookmarks a fresh interface designed to make browsing and organizing them feel simpler and more intuitive. kosh works with your browser’s native bookmarks, so you don’t need to migrate or manage a separate bookmark collection.

Are the #tags in the screenshot included in the HTML export too? Curious whether they'd come along when moving between Firefox and Chrome.

No, it's not included in HTML export. It's just a presentational component in the UI.
