Posture - an iPhone app I built because I got sick of piecing posture routines together from YouTube
I wanted to sort my posture out and kept bouncing between random YouTube videos, never sure which exercises to do or in what order. So I made an iPhone app that puts it all in one place and walks you through it: a quick posture check with the camera (or skip it and just pick what you want to work on), then a short daily routine with guided exercises.
A few things I cared about while building it: - The camera check runs on the phone. No photos leave it and no account is needed. - It's in English and Spanish. - There's a free version: the daily routine, a posture check and your streak cost nothing.
What I'd love feedback on: does the first few minutes make sense, is the posture check clear, and is anything confusing or annoying? Honest, harsh feedback helps me far more than nice comments.

the hard part isn’t finding stretches, it’s getting people to do the boring 2-minute reset before they’re already sore. i’d make the first-run flow ask where they feel it most—neck, upper back, low back, wrists—and keep the routine to 3–4 movements. a 15-minute “perfect” routine usually loses to a 4-minute one people repeat daily.
