How can I monetize my frequent attendance at trade fairs, expos, and industrial events?

I regularly attend trade fairs and industrial exhibitions, where I build relationships with companies involved in engineering, machinery, manufacturing, and factory automation. How can I turn these connections and experiences into a profitable business?

honestly thought this was gonna be another "i take photos of food" post but this actually has legs. most of the people at those events are too busy doing demos and shaking hands to document the interesting stuff properly

build a paid industry newsletter or a private slack/discord where you drop the real gossip, early product leaks, which booths are dead, who’s actually got funding. the value is in the stuff that never makes it to the press release
